Perishable Goods Policy
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products (including all sausages and meat items), we cannot accept physical returns
Damaged or Defective Items
While we don't accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, we are happy to offer a refund or a replacement.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
  1. Report Within 24 Hours: Contact us at orders@bovineandswinejh.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  2. Provide Photo Evidence: To process your request, we require clear photos of:
    • The damage or quality issue (e.g., spoiled product, broken vacuum seal).
    • The shipping box and packaging.
    • The temperature of the product if it arrived warm.
    • The batch number or "Best By" date on the packaging.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your photos and information. If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Incorrect Addresses or Unattended Deliveries
Please note that we are not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or packages left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
